There is really no refreshing snack than popsicles in the hot summer. The next time you want to cool off, you don’t have to queue at the cold drink cart on the roadside, because you can make your own popsicles at home.

Whether you like berry popsicles, chocolate popsicles, orange cream popsicles, or soda popsicles, you can make them yourself!

Frozen yogurt popsicles: with fresh fruit, jam, good looks, no ice residue, smooth taste. You can use unsweetened Greek yogurt, which sounds very high-end. In fact, filtering ordinary yogurt and removing some whey is Greek yogurt. If you can't buy it, you can filter ordinary yogurt in a muslin cloth for 2 hours.

The higher the milk fat content, the more delicate the ice cream will be without the ice residue. Then adjust the amount of sugar according to your personal taste, if you use sugary yogurt, add less sugar. Note that the sweetness of the ice cream will be significantly reduced after freezing, so at this time, add it to a slightly too-sweet level.

Berry Popsicles: Wash the fruit and remove the leaves and stems. First, wash the blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries, then remove the stems and leaves of the strawberries, and finally cut them into small pieces suitable for eating.

Add sugar and water to a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat. Stir while heating until all the sugar is dissolved in the water. Once the heat has stopped, set the sugar water aside. That way you have the syrup ready for flavoring. Put assorted berries and lemon juice in a food blender and blend until smooth.

If you want the popsicles to be sweeter, you can add a little more syrup. You can of course replace the syrup with grape juice, cranberry juice, lemonade, or any other sweetened beverage.

Pour mixture into popsicle molds. If you don't have popsicle molds at home, you can pour them into ice cube boxes to make mini popsicles. Put in refrigerator to freeze. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight until the popsicles are firm.

Watermelon Popsicles: Add a little lemon juice and a proper amount of sugar to the watermelon to make watermelon juice, import it into a popsicle mold, and add a few mini chocolate beans to disguise it as watermelon seeds.

Gently insert the wooden stick, be careful to fill it only full, make room for the remaining coconut milk and kiwi fruit, and freeze for 2 hours.

Take out the mold and add a layer of coconut milk, be careful to reserve some space for kiwi juice, and freeze for 2 hours. Peel the kiwi fruit and puree it with lemon juice, sugar, and water, then fill the mold with the pureed kiwi fruit. Freeze for more than four hours before unmolding

Tips: Lemon juice is added to prevent oxidation and discoloration, and it can enhance the overall taste of the popsicle.
