Our first stop was the Space Center Houston, a fascinating destination for space enthusiasts and curious minds alike. The Space Center offers an array of interactive exhibits and astronaut encounters. We spent a good portion of the day exploring the Mission Control Center and the Space Shuttle Independence. Tickets are priced at $32 for adults and $24 for children aged 4-11, and the center is open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Next on our list was the Houston Museum of Natural Science, an absolute gem for anyone interested in science and history. From dinosaur skeletons to a stunning gem collection, this museum has something for everyone. We were particularly amazed by the stunning IMAX theatre. Admission is $25 for adults and $15 for children, and the museum operates from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday, and 11 AM to 5 PM on Sundays.
